In store, as our signs say, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges! However, since our online customers don't have access to testers, we have a policy that lasts for 15 days after your purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it! Please email kbeautyoutletusa@gmail.com with your order number and order date, alongside an explanation, in order to file for a return, refund, or exchange.
